Akasha is the best student in her Defense Against the Dark Arts class, mainly because she has been around the Dark Arts her whole life, and knows how that type of magic functions. She is also very excellant at Ancient Runes, because of her love of old languages. She is very good at dueling, whether in practice or life/death situations, along with hand to hand combat and weaponry.
Limitations: Akasha is a loner, but not by choice. Because of bullying, she is alone most of the time at school, and this makes her insecure and defensive around others. Her insecurity results in her not introducing herself or having any conversation with other students, thus keeping to herself and being quiet most of the time. Unfortunately, this self-seclusion adds even more to her "creepyness". School-wise, she is very bad at Herbology, because even though she loves plants, plants don't love her.

Personality:
Akasha is a very nice and friendly vampire, in contrast to her darker vampiric bretheren. However, due to peer pressure , not many students know this, choosing to avoid her or harrass her for her vampirism. As stated before, this causes her to be insecure and keep to herself, never venturing out to meet new people and keeping only to her inner circle. Despite this, she loves to meet new people and find out more about them. But since the feeling is not mutual, she has very few friends.
Akasha is extremely loyal to those closest to her; she is also very protective and possessive of them. Depending on the situation, these traits can become deadly. She also has a strong sense of justice, which causes her to stand up more for others more than herself. One common misconception about Akasha is that because she's quiet, she's an easy target. However, many forget WHAT she is, thus resulting in them ending up in the hospital wing with many bruises.
Once she loses her outer shell, Akasha is very easy to talk to, laugh, and get along with. She is not prejudiced towards any one , whether they're a muggle, human, werewolf, etc. This counts for platonic and romantic releationships, as Akasha is omnisexual. Also, when with the people of her inner circle, she is very hyper, loud, energetic, and physically affetionate. She expresses her feelings through her kisses, hugs, cuddles, etc. She also enjoys playing pranks,but only on those who deserve it.
Appearance:
Akasha is 5"9, with long silky white hair, milk chocolate skin, and cat-like forest green eyes. She has a curvaceous figure and defined muscles (She still looks feminine). She has a tattoo under her left eye, which is the symbol of her namesake; and on her right shoulder, which is the insignia of her clan. Her only piercings are on her ears and bellybutton.
History:
Akasha comes from a long line of Egyptian vampires, tracing back to the times of the first Pharoah. She is named after Queen Akasha, the first Egyptian vampire and her maternal great great grandmother, who was turned by Dracula himself. After the Romans invaded their city of Alexandria, and the Roman Wizards started persecuting magical creatures,including vampires, the Wynters Clan fled to England, where they lived somewhat peacefully in the sewers; hiding,except to feed. In the Early 1700's, they moved back to Egypt, after hearing about a Wizarding community that accepted vampires in Cairo. 200 years later, they moved back to a now safer Alexandria, and stayed from then on.
The Wynters Clan is the 3rd biggest vampire clan in the Magical world. Akasha has many cousins, aunts,uncles, and grandparents. The clan is very close-knit,and there are few, if any, inter-family fights. Family and loyalty to the clan are very important to the Wynters.

After recieving her unexpected Hogwarts letter, Akasha's fathe, Dominic forced her to attend the school, believing that his children should know other magic than Vampyre magick, so that they would succeed in the world. Akasha, however, hates being away from her family and in a school filled with horrid students, whom are rumored to be vicious towards anyone different than them. She pleaded with her father, but instead complying with her simple wish, Dominic left his daughter nursing a stinging cheek, a black eye and trying to hide her obvious crying from the rest of the Clan. That was the night Akasha started hating her father, whom she now refers to by his first name.
