Albus is known to be a master in Charms, actually having papers that were published in "Achievemnts in Charming." He was actually the one who added new parameters to the Patronus charm, allowing it to become a form of communcation. He's also able to perform the very complex Fidelius Charm.
Transfiguration is quite obviously his best class. Before becoming the headmaster, Albus was the Transfiguration professor.
Albus is rather proficient at Potions. He had papers published in "The Practical Potioneer."
He's very good at non-verbal magic, spell creation, fire magic, occlumency, legilimency, invisibilty, and is quite rightfully dubbed to be one of the most powerful wizards alive. He's also a magical multilingualist. He can speak Mermish and Gobbledegook. He can recognize Parseltongue and is able to quote it verbatim.

Personality:
Albus Dumbledore is considered to be the most powerful wizard of his time and follows the style of Merlin. He's benevolent and wise, almost always giving off an aura of serenity and composure. He rarely ever displays intense emotions of anger or fear. Dumbledore always speaks in a calm, collected voice and is very reasonable and kind, yet still firm. Despite this benign nature, he is the only wizard that Voldemort has ever truly feared.
Dumbeldore is rather eccentric and a bit effeminate. He's very fond of knitting patterns and often wears flamboyant clothes (like a flowered bonnet). He often uses humor to make people feel comfortable in his presence and is very whimsical. Along with this, he is very philosophical. Very few people are actually able to comprehend his philosophies.
Albus, as a talented wizard, has often showed examples of extraordinary abilities. His capabilities as a wizard were combined with a kind of cunning and subtlety of mind that allowed him to comprehend human nature and turn the better aspects of humanity (trust, love, and friendship) to Voldemort's disadvantage in particular. He was never arrogant, self-important, or pompous. He is very aware of his supreme talent and intelligence, and doesn't hold back when reminding people of this fact, though. He knows that everyone has weaknesses, even himself, but he knows that people become strong by first accepting said weaknesses.
Dumbledore is moticated mostly by his belief in the power of the human spirit. He has a deep capacity for love, always reminding people that love is the greatest magic of all. He believes that there is good in everyone and always insists on giving second chances.
He is very perceptive and emotionally intelligent. He has a knowledge of people's true personality that went beyond simply being a good judge of character.
Dumbledore is very brave and resiliant against some of the things he fears.
Albus could be seen quite easily as a Machiavellian figure. He's stoically pragmatic and is prone to lies and secrecy. In his youth, he had planned with Gellert Grindelwald (whom he both admired and loved greatly) for global domination over Muggles. He wasn't deliberately cruel, but just far-sighted at times. He can be a bit arrogant and he has a very high confidence.
His greatest personality flaw, though, is his desire for power. He fonud that those best suited for power are those who do not seek it. After the death of his sister, Ariana, who was killed during a duel between himself, Aberforth Dumbledore, and Grindelwald, he declined any attempts to offer him any more power beyond which he held as the Hogwarts headmaster.
Dumbledore is haunted by his sad family history. Mostly guilt over his sister's death. He feals enormous remorse for his selfishness.
Albus Dumbeldore is homosexual. After his love for Grindelwald, he no longer trusted his own judgement in such matters. He has become quite asexual and now leads a rather celibate and bookish life.
Appearance:
Albus Dumbledore is a very tall and thin man with silver hair and a very long silver beard. In his youth, his hair was a quite beautiful auburn color. He has a very long and crooked nose, looking as if it had been broken at least twice. He has long and skillful fingers. He has brilliant, soul-piercing eyes that are blue and often twinkle with kindness and mischief.
He's often the picture of a benign-looking, bright-eyed old man, but when he's agnry he turns into a classic portrait of cold fury.
Albus wears half-moon spectacles. His demeanour is often serene and ethereal. He has also said to have a scar above his left knee in the percise shape of a map of the London Underground.
Albus' right hand was scarred very badly when he donned Marvolo Gaunt's Ring back in 1996. It looks blackened and rather dead-looking, and cannot be healed in appearance.
