Alliss Julietta Rivera, Auror for the Ministry of Magic, had been called to the Minister's Office on official business. Her body was tense as she waited in the lift to arrive at the correct floor, the Minister had made it sound urgent. She couldn't help but wonder whether it had to to do with the rise of Voldemort... Alliss was one of the few that dared to believe he was back, the Minister knew this. Is that why he had asked to speak with her? Ping. She had arrived.
Alliss stepped out into the busy and bustling hallway, most moved aside for her, she was well-known for what she had accomplished in her past three years here and was also known as one of the Ministers 'favourites'. Heading towards his door, she paused to gasp for breath before knocking. It was the most nervous she had been since her fight with Bellatrix Lestrange. She knocked three times.
"Come in." Scrimgeour's voice could send a shiver down anyone's spine. Alliss opened the door and slid swiftly inside, the Minister was writing and she knew not to disturb him so she waited patiently in front of his desk. After a few moments, the letter folded itself up and flew out of the door, Scrimgeour looked up and smiled. "Alliss."
"Minister," Alliss smiled and bowed her head as a signifier for the respect and awe she felt for him, oh how things would change. His smile notified her that he was in a good mood, he pleasantly gestured for her to sit. Pulling the chair back, she could barely hold her tongue before she had sat down. "Is it Voldemort?" She couldn't help but blurt out with anxiety?" The Minister frowned.
"Perhaps." Scrimgeour nodded, Alliss' left hand tightened into a fist around her wand in her robes. She couldn't help it. It was only a matter of time before he tried to overthrow the Minister... before he started killing again... The Minister watched and couldn't help but smother a chuckle as he watched her brain tick over with worry. "Alliss, relax." Alliss sighed and let out her tension, released her wand and blinked slowly a few times.
"What is it you'd like me to do Minister?"
