The Hufflepuff House Party: New Years Eve Empty
PostSubject: Re: The Hufflepuff House Party: New Years Eve   The Hufflepuff House Party: New Years Eve EmptySat Aug 25, 2012 11:12 am

William chuckled happily as he and Tony walked back to the Hufflepuff common room. He had had a wonderful time at the ball. Of course that was because he had spent a good deal of it dancing with his beloved boyfriend, but so what? It was more than enough to make him feel light as a feather and happier than winning the house cup. And that was saying something.

"Did you enjoy yourself Love?" he asked the other as he stopped by the barrel that concealed the entrance. He took out his wand, which he had kept in the sleeve of his dress robes, and began to tap it in the right spots of the right barrels, playing to the rhythm of Helga Hufflepuff. As soon as he was done, the entrance began to open. No there would be no booby-traps activated this time around.

Once opened, he took Tony's hand in his and began to step inside. The after party was supposed to start soon. Though it appeared the two of them were the first to arrive.

Knox let out a small yawn, the ball had drawn far too much of his energy with its excitement. He had remembered what Jessica had said about the after parties and he was curious if there would be one in the Hufflepuff Common Room. He pulled at his want hesitantly as he stared at the barrels, there was many a time last year when Knox was doused with vinegar and had to wait for another Hufflepuff to come in or leave because he hadn't hit the right barrel. The young boy looked down at his fancy clothing and sighed, his mother would kill him if he it managed to get messed up, especially if it smelt! He took a deep breath, bouncing slightly as he quietly mumbled the song he had created to remember which barrels to hit to get in, with the last final tap he closed his eyes, hoping for the best. Once he heard door creep open he grinned brightly, throwing his hands up in a one-person wave of pure excitement that for once luck seemed to be on his side, even if it was just for the moment! With a quiet laugh he ran inside, carefully shutting the latch once inside and stepped into the common room.

Being back here kept the smile plastered on Knox's face, and once spotting the two males inside already it only seemed to grow. He waved dramatically from the entrance of the Common Room.

"William! Tony!"

He almost cheered as he ran over to the two.

The Hufflepuff House Party: New Years Eve Empty
PostSubject: Re: The Hufflepuff House Party: New Years Eve   The Hufflepuff House Party: New Years Eve EmptySat Aug 25, 2012 12:45 pm

Tony had, for the most part, hated the ball. There was only one reason he loved it. Billy was adorable and tried to dote on him as much as possible. He laughed and smiled and danced with him even though he was uncomfortable by the masses. It didn't matter though, Billy could make the world so much better just by being there... it was okay. It was all okay.

Which is why Tony found himself holding his boyfriend's hand as they walked together into the Common Room letting Billy take to opening the door. He'd let go for a moment.

"Yeah, you're the only reason the night was't a bore though." The musician was in a flirty mood... he could do that too. There wasn't anyone around to accidentally stumble on them being together, being themselves. The door creaked open and tony immediately grasped Billy's hand the moment it was within reach. He couldn't help it. He felt oddly... clingy tonight. Wasn't sure why but he just wanted to let everyone know this was his and no one else's.

tony wasn't surprised to see his was the first, with Billy, to arrive. They liked to be early for everything. He gave a smile to his boyfriend as they stood in the Common Room. His attention was taken as Knox called their names and waved at them. Tony gave a shy wave, pressing himself a bit more into his boyfriend.

PostSubject: Re: The Hufflepuff House Party: New Years Eve   The Hufflepuff House Party: New Years Eve EmptySat Aug 25, 2012 1:04 pm

Will chuckled as a light flush covered his cheeks at Tony's words. "Hehe, well people say I'm the life of the party. Though that's probably not true." he said, the Hufflepuff humbleness taking over. "I really only had as fun as I did because I was with you." he added, a soft and sincere smile upon his face. He began to lean forward to give a soft peck on the other's lips when the door began to creak open. He stopped short as Tony grabbed his arm, turning his head to the entrance out of curiosity.

When the young second year Knox came through, a bright grin formed on the teen's face. "Ello ducky." he said merrily, chuckling as he watched the boy practically run towards them. The boy was adorable really. William often thought of the second year as a little brother of sorts. Or maybe like his own kid. Honestly if he could have, the older Hufflepuff would have adopted him on the spot.

He reached out with his free hand to ruffle the boy's hair, his grin never fading. "Enjoy yourself tonight?' he asked, releasing his hold of Tony's hand in favor of wrapping his arm around the other teen's waist. He didn't want to be even a little bit further away from the other.

Knox smiled nervously, he couldn't help but notice that he possibly interrupted a moment between the two, and sort of regretted running at them as excitedly as he had. But it was too late now, he was already standing beside them, mentally kicking himself to sneak into the Common Room for now on just in case something like this were to occur again.

Once hearing the nickname William called him, the nervous smile faded to a more endearing one. He scrunched his face up playfully as he felt him start to ruffle his hair, shaking his hair out. He nodded.

"Yeah! Think it'll be a bit more fun when I'm older though."

He said rubbing the back of his neck as he recalled the dancing, couples and spiked punch, things he could only really appreciate with his tender years under his belt.

{Fwuh Knox you little cockblock! Dx I should have doused him with vinegar so he'd have to shower. xDD -shakes fist- Sorry Tony and William!}

Emily had a good time at the ball with Alaric. She pranked with some and ran away from anothers... She laughed more in one night than an entire month of class. Having another great idea, Emily decided to play hide and seek with Ric, she ran first into the common room and opened it easily using her old phrase to open it. She walked silently into the room and spotted a few one already inside.

She smiled softly to them and walked towards her favorite place next to the fireplace, being careful to not spoil the dress, which she was successful until the moment. Looking around, she didn't notice Ric and she giggled softly imagining where else the boy would might looking for her.

(( It's okay, going to kill you later <3 ))

Tony's cheeks reddened as an arm wrapped around his waist. His hands immediately going to wrap themselves around his much more forward boyfriend. Kids always interrupted moments. At least they shared a dorm together. Not exactly the best thing not-cock block ever but at least they did get a little privacy once in a while.

"No, there always that boring." Tony added, making an awkward face. He really just didn't like large gatherings...

The Hufflepuff House Party: New Years Eve Empty
PostSubject: Re: The Hufflepuff House Party: New Years Eve   The Hufflepuff House Party: New Years Eve EmptySun Aug 26, 2012 1:54 am

William had to contain the little aw he felt with in him when Knox smiled nervously at the two love birds, clearly figuring out he interrupted something. Really it was just adorable. But the older teen needed to contain himself. No need to turn into one of the birds or something. He's going to be a lady killer when he gets older. he thought briefly. Or a bloke killer if he ends up swinging that way. he added, not wanting to assume. After all who knew? He sure didn't until Tony came around.

At the boy's words, Will let out a chuckle and gave the land a good pat on the back. He laughed a little more at Tony's words. "Yeah it's only really ever fun if you got a date." he admitted. "Especially if your date is someone you fancy a lot." he added with a little wink. The entrance opened once more and blue eyes looked about to see another younger student come in. He recognized her as the newly made Prankster Princess. At least as Hufflepuff referred to her as. He recalled the beginning of the year when the legendary HufflePuff Prankster Moses had declared for all the table to hear of his newly made apprentice. She's going to living things up as the years go by. he thought briefly before lifting his free had to wave at her.

"Merlin all the younger ones are showing up first." he commented, shaking his head. "Maybe we should have gone somewhere more private before heading here?" he said, half joking as he turned to look at the teen his arm was wrapped around. He leaned in close to peck his boyfriend's cheek. His mouth than moved upwards to his ear to whisper. "I wonder how long till the babysitter comes so that Mum and Dad can go have a little fun."

William loved the younger members of his house, really he did. he had no problems hanging out with them and being in their company. But there were times he would rather be with Tony. This was one of those times.

(Hard to stay mad at Knox XD)

(( Nope. Nope. I was screaming when I read your post, believe it or not. Then again I did blow up mibbit with me screams... wait that came out wrong OTL ))

Tony's cheeks darkened at the thought of being someone Will fancied. Of course it wasn't that hard to imagine but it was... still kind of nice to hear even after a year of dating. Then another Hufflepuff came into the room. A girl, he vaguely remembered her... vaguely. He didn't really remember who she was but he'd ask Billy later when he wasn't confused and completely red faced.

"Yes, the younger ones tend to do that..." Tony remembered being a first year and wanting to be everywhere first. It was just excitement and fear playing his emotions though he wasn't sure if it was the same reasoning for the younger years. tony just shrugged his shoulders at the next statement, biting his cheeks from squeaking when Billy kissed his cheek. His face exploding a dark red blush as Will had just... been so straight forward about that. It didn't bother him that he was the mum, he probably was anyway why fight it? But no... Will had just... Tony's cheeks just got a deeper shade of red as his mouth dried out. What did he say? What could he say without sounding completely stupid right now?

"Billy." He hissed eyes looking at Knox and then the black haired girl. Too many people here for him to even feel remotely comfortable talking about that.

Sinbad had walked her to the entrance of the huffelpuff common room. He gave her a kiss goodnight and headed to his own house party. She smiled as she entered the common room. She looked around, there were people already gathered there. She walked towards the fireplace, taking aseat on one of the chairs. Her feet were aching, but it had been fun. She smiled absentmindedly as she stared into the flames.

''Maggie!!'', Emily smiled brightly when she saw the girl next to her. The little girl glomped into her and giggled seeing the mess her dress caused at her moving. ''I've missed you, how was your holidays???'', she asked softly as she curled herself into Maggie's arms.

They had passed through a lot the last semester, and Emily was glad for having Maggie as a friend. She nodded softly at the other girls, and smiled brightly to the little one, ''We're from the same dormroom, aren't we?'', she asked with a giggle, while she tried to remember her. Luckily to her, the girl wasn't a target of her pranks.

Maggie smiled wide and bright when she saw Emily. "Hey!! Emily!!" She wrapped her arms around the girl tight and hugged her close. "I missed you too. I had fun at my holiday. How about you? Did you have fun?" She held Emily in her lap. "I like your dress. It's very cute. Did you get to dance at all in the party?"

PostSubject: Re: The Hufflepuff House Party: New Years Eve   The Hufflepuff House Party: New Years Eve EmptyMon Aug 27, 2012 2:20 am

William watched in amusement as Tony's cheeks darkened. he loved it when the other blushed, it was cute. When the other hissed at him, William almost thought he was mad at him. But when he realized he was still being called Billy, he could only give a cheeky grin. Perhaps such comments weren't best with little ones about, but that was why he whispered it to Tony. Besides, it wasn't as if he planned anything indecent. Just a quick snogging session or something. Then again with his shy boyfriend, even that was a bit much sometimes.

When the entrance opened again, William look and smiled when he saw Maggie enter and take a seat somewhere. "Oh look the babysitter's here." he said, his grin big and friendly, with the hints of an inside joke. The entrance opened once more, and show two more. Nani, his Quiditch friend and her younger sister who just started the year. Even more perfect. "And looks like it's a double team job tonight." he added, his arm pulled Tony just a little closer.

"You ladies don't mind watching the little ones for a bit would you?" he asked with a tilt of his head. "Tony and I are going to head up to the dorms and change." Of course he had a little bit more in mind than change. But Tony would no doubt hit him or something if he said that.

With that said, he waved at the others before dragging Tony with him up to the boys' dormitory.

Knox smiled over at Tony, he felt kind of bad for him getting dragged to the ball, but at least William seemed to have enjoyed their time together, so it wasn't a complete waste. Right now he had to think that he was more on Tony's side, he could have lived without going, once again sure it was because of his age. He flushed slightly, his cheeks a shade lighter than his reddish hair when William mentioned how it was easier with a date, the thought of his mother flailing about like a loon if he ever mentioned as much as a crush quickly brought a small smile and quiet laugh past his lips.

"I guess so."

He mumbled before looking over and seeing more and more of the Hufflepuff students rolling in, smiling once he saw Lilo and Emily, the students more closer to his age. Once William announced that the two would be going upstairs to 'change' Knox looked up at William, raising an eyebrow with a mischievous smirk. He wouldn't be going up to the dorms in a long while. But with the two deciding to leave he shuffled over to the couch and sat down on the far cushion, looking around at the girls.

"I like your dress Lilo."

He said with a smile, looking over at Nani's.

"It matches your sister's. . . that's cool."

Asyra sighed softly as she stepped into the common room, surprised to see the mount of students in there already. She slipped her shoes off, holding them loosely by the straps as they clacked together, she let out a content mewl once feeling the floor against her aching feet. The blonde couldn't help but laugh as it seemed to be a trend among the other female students. Once spotting Knox she pranced over and sat down beside him, fixing her dress so that she could sit with her legs folded without flashing anyone. She spotted William and Tony over in the corner, smiling brightly as she gave them a small wave before leaning against the back of the couch.

"Fun night huh?"

She asked with a brightened smile.

Alaric had walked into the door with his hands shoved in his pockets looking at the different students around "Hmm." Looks like he was a bit late after sneaking in the kitchen to get himself something to snack on seeing the dance only had spiked punched and not much food. He walked across the room sitting down on one of the hairs. Undoing his tie he tilt his head head sighing, it felt nice to be back but he already started to miss the animals back home, his island back home. His blue-greenish eyes gazed around the room seeing all the different Hufflepuff.

Maggie giggeled to the two boys going away to the dorms.

She looked at Asyra, smiling. "Yes it was. I think I will be lucky to be able to walk tomorrow." She laughed, hugging Emily like a teddy bear.

Maggie looked over to the entrance seeing Alaric walk in. She smiled widely, raising her arm up in the air and snapping her fingers two times to get his attention. "Yo, Ric!!"

"I'm going to bed.." she said softly at Lilo but being sure that everyone else could hear it.. seeing that other two students were coming in she was more relaxed and took the stairs for the female dormitory.. with a good sleep her humor could only get better..

Asyra giggled at the girl and nodded, holding her own shoes up loosely around her fingers to show that she too had suffered from aching feet from the heels.
"But it was worth it for now!"
She said with a grin before smiling and waving to Alaric as he came in. When Nani mentioned going to bed, she had to admit the idea sounded nice and stretched out in a yawn, she'd be going swimming later anyway, so she might as well get some sleep.

"Have a good rest of the night you guys~"

Asyra smiled as she went up to the dorms.

Knox smiled at Lilp as she spun, laughing quietly. He looked at the flower she took out of her hair, noticing that it matched the dress. It made it seem like she had put a lot of thought into her dress, while his parents had just slapped the tuxedo onto him without a word.

"Thanks, I think it might have been my dad's . . . it certainly looks that old!"

He said with a laugh.

Emily smiled brightly towards Maggie, ''Yes, I had a lot of fun, but I wished I could stay a little morewith my parents...'', she pinched her fingers very closely, ''I missed them a lot, so I couldn't spending enough time to them'', she giggled, but then smiled widely, ''I'm 12 now!! And my dress is a gift from my grandmother'', she tilted her head, ''Your dress is beautiful too, I wished I have seen you at the ball, so we could prank around'', she giggled and got cozy intothe teddy bear hug Maggie gave her.

She looked at Lilo and Knox... and giggled softly seeing them. ''Hi, Lilo... I guess you already know who I am...'', she smirked and stretched her head to see Ric, ''Hi, Ric!! Come here, taller one!''
