Wand / Magical Items: core- Unicorn hair- Unicorn hair generally produces the most consistent magic, and is least subject to fluctuations and blockages. Wands with unicorn cores are generally the most difficult to turn to the Dark Arts. They are the most faithful of all wands, and usually remain strongly attached to their first owner, irrespective of whether he or she was an accomplished witch or wizard. Minor disadvantages of unicorn hair are that they do not make the most powerful wands (although the wand wood may compensate) and that they are prone to melancholy if seriously mishandled, meaning that the hair may 'die' and need replacing. Wood- Elm-The unfounded belief that only pure-bloods can produce magic from elm wands was undoubtedly started by some elm wand owner seeking to prove his own blood credentials, for I have known perfect matches of elm wands who are Muggle-borns. The truth is that elm wands prefer owners with presence, magical dexterity and a certain native dignity. Personality: Fiona is very physically affectionate with people both men and woman. She’s sweet and kind to most but can be highly competitive when provoked. Though she usually treats it like a game. The only time Fiona takes things seriously is when major injuries are involved. Other than that she likes to joke and make innuendos jokingly. She does however have a problem with recognizing people liking her unless they come right out and tell her that they like her, making her seem a bit oblivious. Jessica was also the type of girl that while a bit slutty she was highly liked by both girls and boys not just because she liked both but because she was so likeable.

History: Fiona’s family is an ancient and well know pure blood family, at least the Regan’s are. Her grandmother, the only heir to the Regan fortune, she choose to marry a poor pureblood man from America named Matthew Parker. Because his family was so poor her father said she had to keep her maiden name connected to her new name. She did so and in response when she had children she demanded that her children and grand-children also keep the name Regan so that they would remain connected to the family tree. Fiona Eveleen Regan-Parker when she was in school had no real focus in school and didn’t know what she wanted to do though she was always looking for a real purpose, and because of this she spent all her time fooling around with various partners, both male and female. Though some of the girls hated her for her sluttyness she was almost impossible to hate even by the Slytherin girls because she was so nice to everyone. Though she would always stand up for younger students and people she liked, this making her some enemies. Some of the classes she loved though were Potions and charms. In her fifth year when she talked to her head of house she was told that she had the right skills and temperament to be an incredible healer. For a few days after this talk she spoke to the healer that was permanently at the school and learned about the job and the kind of training that would go into that line of work. She graduated and began her training to become a healer. Right before she began her training as a healer Fiona got a tattoo on her hip, it was her middle name, Eveleen and her last name Parker in Gaelic runes wrapped in vines with a crown coming over the top of it to represent her first name and her Irish family’s name. One day after completing her training and her mandatory year at St. Montagu she heard that there was a position as an Assistant Healer at Hogwarts.
