A regular Quidditch practice in the eyes of Audrey Rameriz

Audrey flew around the Quidditch Pitch, waiting for the others to show up for practice. She had even beaten the Gryffindor Captain to practice, again; she had a tendency to do that.

As she flew through the air, she weaved in and out of the goal posts. She flew around the pitch as fast as she could, loving the feeling of the wind rushing throughout her body.

"Rameriz!" A vice shouted from the ground, causing Audrey to pause and look down.

"I've seen you've finally shown up, Captain!" She called back, smirking as she looked at him.

He shook his head, but she could see the smile on his face. "Get your butt down here! I got an announcement to make!"

Audrey zoomed down to the ground, and landed right next to him. "What's up?"

He shook his head. "Na-uh, not until the others get here."

She rolled her brown eyes. "You need to set practice to be earlier." She stated.

"Don't you ever have any last minute work to do before practice?" He asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Ha, when it comes to Quidditch, I make sure to leave nothing to the last minute." She stated, smirking.

"Rrright." He said, before looking up to see the rest of the team show up.

"All right, team! Listen up!" He called, getting everyone's attention. "All right, we got the match of the season coming up against Slytherine-" The team booed in unison.

The captain nodded his head in agreement. "They've been getting better, sneakier with their tricks, so we have to be on guard, remember last time when one of their beaters tried to hit Starkey in the head when she was making a goal? Can't let that happen again!" He stated, pacing in front of the group.

"We have got to step up our game! Beaters, keep both Bludgers and enemy Beaters away from our Chasers. Got it?"

"Aye, Captain/Yes, Sir!" Audrey and the other Beater said at the same time, Audrey responded with the "Aye Captain", getting a look from her captain.

"All right, let's get to work!" He said, getting the quaffle out. The team flew up into the air, getting into the position, right before he released one of the bludgers and the snitch.

Audrey readied her bat and kept her eyes on the bludgers.

The captain threw the quaffle into the air, and everyone was off. Audrey and the other Beater went after the bludger. They knocked it back and forth to each other, as hard as they could, building up their strength.

They flew after it whenever it would try to fly away and head to one of the other players. Audrey knocked the bludger away from the keeper who was practicing.

After an hour, the captain sent a spark into the air, calling for a break. "All right! You've got 10 minutes! Then it's back to practice!" He shouted, before the two beaters went after the bludger to put it back up.

Audrey was the one that caught the bludger and she struggled with it against her chest, before she was able to put it back in the box with her teammates help. Once the bludger was secured, Audrey collapsed onto the ground and breathed heavily.

"You... really got a... good arm, Rameriz..." Audrey looked over at her fellow beater and smiled a little.

"Thanks... you're not so bad... yourself." She breathed heavily.

"You two look horrible." The captain said, chuckling as he threw the beaters a bottle water, each.

Audrey caught hers and winced a little. "Gee... thanks, Cap..." She said, opening the water, before drinking it in big gulps.

"You should go against a beater sometime, Captain... It's refreshing." Audrey said, smirking, before collapsing her head back onto the grass.

Audrey closed her eyes as her captain chuckled. "No thanks, I'll leave that to you two." He said, before she heard his footsteps head off into another direction.

She laid there in silence, vaguely wondering if her teammate fell asleep. Here eyes popped open the moment she heard her caption yell that it was time to get back into practice.

Audrey jumped up and grabbed her broom and bat. She grinned in excitement as she got ready to re-release the bludger.

"Round two." She said, before releasing the bludger and immediately flying after it.
